WELLlife Care Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 27, 2026  ·  Last updated: September 27, 2026

This policy applies to "consumer health data" that Wondfo USA Co., Ltd. ("we") collects through the WELLlife Care app from consumers covered by the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar laws (such as Nevada SB 370 and Connecticut's consumer health data provisions). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. Consumer health data we collect

  • Symptoms, how you feel, temperature, SpO₂, heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, medications, and notes you log;
  • the illness type of a recovery Journey (for example COVID-19, flu, cold, allergies, RSV) and your recovery status;
  • rapid-test results you read and enter yourself, and optional photos of test strips;
  • the same information you log for family members;
  • Nina chat messages, which may describe your health;
  • the fact that you use Daily Care Log and when you last checked in;
  • screen-time statistics, to the extent use of a health app is treated as health data.

We do not collect precise location and do not geofence.

2. Why we collect and use it

Only to provide the features you ask for: logging and Journeys, reminders, reports, Nina's replies, Cloud Sync (if you turn it on), Daily Care Log notes to the contact you approved, support, aggregate screen-usage statistics to improve the app, and security.

3. Sources

You (and your device). If you use Sign in with Apple or Google, those providers give us your email address and name, which are not health data.

4. Consent

We collect consumer health data with your consent, given when you create an account and use the logging features, and we ask again before:

  • turning on Cloud Sync (stores your records and photos in the cloud);
  • Nina's first AI reply — Nina explains in the chat what is shared with our third-party AI service provider and asks you to tap OK, let's chat;
  • turning on Daily Care Log (emails your approved contact if you do not check in).

You can withdraw consent at any time in the app (turn the feature off, use Delete my data, or Delete account) or by emailing us.

5. Who we share it with

We share consumer health data only:

  • with our processors, which act on our instructions: Amazon Web Services (hosting in us-west-2, Oregon) and a third-party AI service provider (generating Nina's replies, for Nina chat content only);
  • with your care contact, only if you turn on Daily Care Log and they approve — limited to your name, that you have not checked in, and your last check-in time;
  • when required by law.

Categories of third parties: cloud-hosting and AI-service processors; the care contact you choose. We do not sell consumer health data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  1. confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and access it, including a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom we shared it and an active email or other online contact for each;
  2. withdraw consent to collection and sharing;
  3. have your consumer health data deleted, including by our processors and any third party we shared it with.

How to exercise them: in the app (Export my data, Delete my data, Delete account), at https://welllifebio.com/pages/app-delete-data, or by emailing appadmin@wondfousa.com with the subject "Consumer Health Data Request". We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Appeal: if we decline your request, reply to our decision with the subject "Consumer Health Data Appeal" within a reasonable time. We will respond in writing within 45 days, explaining our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint (or your state's attorney general).
