RETURNS

We offer free returns and exchange for all WELL life COVID-19 & Influenza A & B Rapid at Home Test Kit

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a free return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for refunds.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a 5 Business Days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank; there may be a delay in posting. If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us at support@welllifebio.com.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We offer free exchanges for all orders that are damaged or faulty in any way.

We offer free return and exchanges for all orders. We will cover the shipping cost.
