WELLlife™ iFOB Immunochemical Fecal Occult Blood Test is a rapid test for the qualitative detection of human occult blood in feces. It is used as an aid in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding. It is intended for over-the-counter use.

It is recommended that you test for fecal occult blood every year after you turn 50 by The American Cancer Society. Some doctors suggest that you start testing at age 40, if your family is thought to be at increased risk. Follow your doctor's recommendations about how often you should test for fecal occult blood.

  • At-Home iFOB Test , No Lab Needed -- An easy-to-use, over-the-counter (OTC) test kit to check for hidden (occult) blood in your stool - a possible early sign of colorectal issues. Test privately at home, anytime, and gain peace of mind about your health.
  • Early Detection Made Simple -- Bleeding in the digestive tract may be an early symptom of colorectal cancer, polyps, or ulcers. iFOB is a proven screening method to help catch problems early - before symptoms become serious.
  • Quick 3-Step Process -- No special tools needed. Just collect your sample, test it using the included materials (including collection paper), and get your results in 10 minutes. Easy instructions make it simple for anyone to use.
  • Clear, Easy-to-Read Results -- If both the Control (C) and Test (T) lines appear - even faintly - the result is positive. A single C-line means negative. The display is clear and easy to interpret at a glance.
  • Take Charge of Your Health -- Annual fecal occult blood screening is recommended starting at age 50 - or earlier if you’re at risk. The WELLlife iFOB Test offers a safe, convenient way to monitor your digestive health from home.
